The mechanical properties will be very poor, the appearance will be yellow, can not meet the requirements of use, cause the deterioration of polyester performance, reduce the characteristic viscosity of polyester, discoloration, carboxyl increase, can not meet the requirements of use.
At the same time, due to PET glass transition temperature and melting point is relatively high, high mold temperature, slow crystallization rate, and with the increase of resin molecular weight and decrease, crystal structure is uneven, forming process is difficult, forming cycle is long, product surface rough, shiny. The poor strength, poor impact toughness and high water absorption of PET greatly limit the secondary utilization efficiency.
This example uses waste PET material to prepare PET toughening material, by adding additives to make PET toughening material, can be prepared with good mechanical properties, good impact resistance, good flexural resistance, oil resistance, fat resistance, acid and alkali resistance of PET toughening material. And organic solvent, high temperature and low temperature resistance, non-toxic, tasteless, transparent good PET materials.
